From Go Beyond Travels to Oloi Shorua
Between 2009 and 2017, I led Go Beyond Travels, building long-term operational relationships across East and Southern Africa. Those formative years established direct lodge partnerships, trusted ground networks, and firsthand regional depth.
In 2017, Oloi Shorua was founded as an independent evolution of that experience — created to operate with greater precision, discretion, and long-term brand vision. The transition was not a reinvention, but a refinement.

A Name with Meaning
The name Oloi Shorua was given to me in East Africa during my early years working in the region. It reflects a philosophy of stewardship — receiving from the land and giving back through responsible travel and long-term conservation relationships.
